Classes we offer
Private Family Training
Family time offers many benefits, including building confidence, creating a stronger emotional bond of family, and an opportunity to make memories built on fun, laughter and togetherness. In a safe environment that I have found family members feel that they can express themselves without confrontation
Karate is a traditional Okinawan hard fist style that focuses on linear movement. I find this art to be very good for building muscle and improving coordination. I use the katas as a warm-up and great for cardiovascular exercise. The stances build the large leg muscles and increase endurance throughout the training. In my experience, daily practice of karate has calmed my ADHD, reduced my dyslexia and tampered my social overload disorder
Self Defense is not an art. It is years of my teacher working in the military and police departments across the United States and comes from first hand experience that he has passed through training to me. It combines breathing, awareness in all situations and constant observation. I personally have found that I avoided many traffic accidents from this training. More importantly knowing how to avoid a possible situation by seeing the outcome before it escalates
Tai Ki is an art based in breathing and relaxation. I use this art for strengthening my lungs and stretching my hips. I know that this is an art that I will continue to use as I age. I often tell my students that this art is breathing that controls how you move through each position and into the next position. One of my current students loves this art because he uses it to continue to downhill ski.
KiJutsu is the art of breathing. I use it everyday with my work and play. I teach how to breathe for walking, running, biking, relaxation and sleeping. This art is the one that is most life essential and I have used it to strengthen my lungs and trained others to use this art when participating in sports and they have been highly successful!
